The Lift: Early Character Designs

I am moving from Brooklyn to Manhattan later this month and decided that I need to purge a lot of belongings. As it happens I begin to find old sketchbooks, drawings and other assorted knick-nacks. I stumbled on some of the pencil drawings which later became the designs for the main character in my film “The Lift”. Most of these images are from around late 2004, mid 2005 and were early concepts. The last image in the set is the final design that I used in the film. The sketches in the top right of the set were the first concepts of the newer look.
